FAQ

  • What is Nurture Harmonics and how is it different from other parent and baby classes?

Nurture Harmonics™ is a unique, accredited teacher training course that combines the power of sound, somatic movement, presence, and connection to support early parent-baby bonding and infant wellbeing in the first 1,001 days. Unlike traditional baby massage or baby yoga classes, Nurture Harmonics is a multisensory, research-informed experience rooted in neuroscience, nervous system regulation, and love-based learning.

It’s not about teaching routines — it’s about creating rituals of connection through sound, breath, touch, and presence. Our “Love Bubble” framework helps parents slow down, attune, and co-regulate with their baby in ways that are deeply nourishing and developmentally supportive. We weave science with soul to honour the baby’s lived experience, while supporting parents with grounded, nurturing practices that truly meet them where they are.

  • Can I train to become a Nurture Harmonics teacher if I already teach baby massage or baby yoga?

Yes — absolutely. In fact, many of our students come to Nurture Harmonics after completing baby massage, baby yoga, or doula training and are looking to go deeper. This training is designed as a professional development pathway for experienced baby wellness practitioners who want to expand their toolkit with somatic-based sound practices, nervous system awareness, and conscious class facilitation.

If you're already teaching parent and baby classes, Nurture Harmonics can add a new dimension to your offerings — helping you stand out in your community, attract new clients, and offer something truly unique that’s rooted in emotional safety, regulation, and connection.

  • Do I need experience in sound healing or music to join the Nurture Harmonics teacher training?

No prior experience with sound healing or music is required. We’ll guide you through everything you need to confidently use your voice, breath, rhythm, and simple sound tools to create a nurturing experience for parents and babies.

This isn’t a clinical sound therapy course — it’s a heart-led, science-informed training in how to safely and effectively use sound and rhythm to co-regulate, connect, and calm. You’ll learn how to hold space using lullabies, mantras, rhythm, and resonance — even if you’ve never sung in public before. Our focus is on presence, not performance. You’ll receive full guidance, support, and access to curated soundscapes and class playlists.

  • What will I learn in the Nurture Harmonics teacher training course?

Our 20-hour accredited teacher training will equip you with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to lead your own Nurture Harmonics classes in your community — in person or online.

    You’ll learn:

The science of sound, rhythm, and resonance in the first 1,001 days

  • How can Nurture Harmonics support my business as a baby wellness practitioner?

Nurture Harmonics is designed to help you expand your offerings, attract new clients, and stand out in a growing parent and baby wellness market. By integrating sound and somatic care into your practice, you offer something that feels fresh, emotionally rich, and deeply needed by today’s parents.

Add new classes or workshops alongside baby massage, baby yoga, or doula services

Offer deeper experiences that support postnatal mental health and bonding

Run seasonal classes, retreats, or circles that integrate sound and nature

Work with nurseries, early years settings, or family wellbeing centres

You’ll also gain access to our teacher community, supervision calls, marketing templates, and the opportunity to be listed as an accredited Nurture Harmonics teacher on our directory.

  • Is Nurture Harmonics accredited and can I get insured to teach it?

Yes. The Nurture Harmonics teacher training is fully accredited as a CPD course through Blossom & Berry, a global leader in parent and baby wellness education. Once certified, you will receive a digital certificate and be eligible to gain insurance through Westminster Indemnity or other holistic insurers (depending on your location and existing qualifications).

This means you can begin teaching Nurture Harmonics classes confidently and professionally — either as standalone sessions or woven into your existing baby wellness practice. The course is non-clinical, trauma-informed, and suitable for baby wellness educators, doulas, therapists, and holistic practitioners.
